Briefing the leadership team without adding noise

Executive briefings live or die by what is left out. A short product that respects a leader's time will be read.

When we scope an executive briefing, the first question is what should not be in it. Sector context is essential; vendor news rarely is. Competitor moves matter; press-release rewrites do not. A useful briefing usually fits on a single screen.

The second question is cadence. Daily briefings are appropriate in some sectors; weekly is the right answer in others. The honest reply is whichever cadence your leaders will actually read.
